BCREA is the professional association for over 23,000 commercial and residential REALTORS® in BC. Working with the province’s 11 real estate boards, we provide professional development opportunities, advocacy, economic research and standard forms so REALTORS® are trusted, respected and proud of their profession.
Canadian Mortgage Brokers Association – British Columbia
The CMBA-BC was chartered in 1990 and is the oldest mortgage broker association in Canada, representing over 1600 mortgage brokers and lenders in British Columbia. CMBA-BC advocates for its members on issues impacting the mortgage industry, and the public which it serves.
LandlordBC is a non-profit association representing owners and managers of rental housing in British Columbia. As the industry leader, LandlordBC’s mandate is to advocate for the betterment of the rental housing industry for the good of landlords and tenants alike.
LandlordBC is committed to maintaining a proactive and positive collaborative relationship with government, media and all stakeholders to promote a balanced and healthy rental housing market in British Columbia.
The association also provides education and support to landlords across the province including educational events, networking gatherings, webinars, publications, and programs like the Landlord Registry™.

The Mortgage and Title Insurance Industry Association of Canada (MTIIAC) is a not-for-profit industry association representing a group of private-sector mortgage default insurers and title insurers. Collectively, MTIIAC members are proud to have helped millions of Canadian families and individuals realize the dream and security of homeownership.
We work with governments and stakeholders across Canada to reduce barriers to responsible homeownership and to help ensure a fair, safe, and stable real estate marketplace.

The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) is a member-based professional association of more than 14,000 REALTORS® who live and work in communities from Whistler to Maple Ridge to Tsawwassen and everywhere in between.
Urban Development Institute
The Urban Development Institute (UDI) is a non-profit and non-partisan industry association of the residential, commercial and industrial builders, which supports more than 233,000 BC jobs plus $23 billion in economic activity. Through municipal fees and contributions, the industry builds homes, offices, daycares, social housing, parks, public art, museums, schools and community centers throughout BC.
